It's Easy to Get Started!

1. Fill out the form or call/text/email me to discuss your child's current level of functioning, your concerns, and get questions answered.

2. Participate in a free speech/language/feeding screening consultation either in-home or virtually. This consultation allows me as the therapist to get a quick look into your child's skills, and helps determine whether my specialized services will be the best fit for you and your family.

3. A meeting will take place between myself and the parent/guardians to discuss scheduling, the process of insurance reimbursement, and the logistics of the evaluation/treatment sessions. I will walk you the process of submitting my documentation/invoices to your insurance for reimbursement, and determine if and how these services will work best for your family.

4. Schedule an evaluation/ongoing treatment sessions. You will be given initial intake paperwork in order to provide me more information about your child's medical, developmental, and social history. After the evaluation is complete, you will receive an evaluation report detailing the results of the evaluation in addition to a treatment plan within two weeks of the completion of the evaluation.
